A classical favourite with a blissful dark chocolate coated shell. Delicate and smooth vanilla bean mousseline pastry cream.

An irresistible combination of sticky salted caramel jam together with a luxurious almond cream, topped with toasted almond slices.
Homemade marshmallow sandwiched between two layers of rich dark chocolate ganache and a crispy almond cookie base. It’s then half dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with almond slivers and chocolate.
Crispy almond cookie base topped with layers of creamy salted caramel chocolate ganache, caramel cream and crunchy caramel bites. It’s then covered with homemade marshmallow and decadently dipped in milk chocolate almond glaze.

Buttery almond streusel crust topped with a luscious berry duo of Strawberry and Raspberry Cremeux. Light and creamy vanilla bean cheesecake layers nestled between our delicious homemade marshmallow and crunchy sugared almond clusters.
Our torte is a rich and velvety dessert made with three luxurious layers of French dark chocolate and local passion fruit, and enrobed in a creamy dark chocolate ganache.
